Accounts are created via API data feed for EXCEL Academy users and Ombudsman accounts are created manually by the administrators.

The time it takes for an account to be created is approximately one day.

Instead of asking the user if they are with EXCEL or Ombudsman, the administrators have advised us to ask which program the user belongs to. This should provide us with the answer we need.

Unfortunately, we were unable to find an account for you within EXCEL Academy. To further assist you, could you verify which program you belong to?
