If a user is having issues creating a password, please send them this standard response to ensure they are using the correct criteria.
 

To create a new password, please follow the below criteria:

1. At least one uppercase and lowercase letter.

2. At least one number.

3. At least 1 special character.

4. Minimum 8 characters and max of 20 characters.

5. Can’t be the same as previous 24 passwords
